Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
In an effort to keep costs down, there are a variety of things that I don’t charge for, including: quotes and purchasing of materials. The time I spend on quotes and purchasing materials for jobs on my schedule is significant, but in the interest of growing a business and developing relationships with customers, I do not include these time expenses in the cost of your enclosure.
There are times, however, when I must recoup some of the value for the time that I have spent on certain jobs. It is, for this reason, that a refund/cancellation policy is necessary.
If you cancel a job after sending a deposit, you will be refunded as follows:
- FULL REFUND – If I have not purchased the materials for your job
- PARTIAL REFUND – If I have purchased the material for your job but haven’t started the build, you will be refunded all but $100 of your deposit
- POST SALE REFUND – If I have started your custom job and you cancel during the build, you will be refunded your deposit when the enclosure has sold. You may request that the enclosure be sold at a value less than what I quoted you, but you will be refunded the difference in what it sold for from what your remaining balance was.
Sending your deposit is an acceptance of this policy.
